REFUND POLICY Within two weeks after purchase of your package, should you require a refund, a 75% refund will be granted; after one month, a 30% refund will be granted. One month and longer after the start of your course, your course package fee is non-refundable. After the purchase of your package, the hours are valid for 1 year. If your course is due to last longer than one year, as a result of the number of hours purchased, then those hours are valid for the duration of your course. *No hours may be ‘saved’ for a future course.
